Piston Filling Machine

The piston filling machine is an extremely flexible machine designed for accurate and rapid filling of a variety of liquid products, ranging from low or high viscous liquids to creamy products with and without granules and blocky substances.

This fully automatic filling machine is designed for fully automatic, multi-head and online distribution of liquids and pastes with a cycle capacity range of 5 to 5000mL. 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 fill heads can be added to the filling machine to meet specific production requirements, and output is increased 100% with the simple addition of dual channel options. This also saves production line space. The electric conveyor and integrated index plate and mother modules carry out multi-functional bottle packaging and positioning, while simultaneously detecting missing or misplaced bottles to prevent waste or product leakage.
