Linear Capping Machine

The linear capping machine allows for continuous capping on the automatic packing system. The standard bottle capping machine consists of three modules: the capping unit, inclined cap guiding unit and centrifugal or vibrating type cap unscrambler (different units are used according to different cap types).

• The linear capping machine is suitable for different bottle cap types, including flush cap, oval bottle cap, flip cap, pop top cap, secure lid, child resistant cap and induction sealing cap.
• Applicable bottles include PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE and glass bottles in different shapes and sizes.
• This bottle capping equipment features a frame structure of 304 heavy duty stainless steel and AAO parts.
• The C frame design can be combined with existing conveyors.
• A centrifugal or vibrating type cap unscrambler can be chosen according to specific cap types.
• Different capping machines are optional.
• The spindle drum and gripper belt are controlled by a variable speed drive.
• The stainless steel guide is easily changed with no need for extra tools.
• The cap stabilizer assists in cap opening.
• It is equipped with adjustable bottle clamping units.
• There are 6 tightening spindles. (three sets)
• There is one adjustable spindle with caging knob.
• The power is regulated according to different bottle heights and types.
• Adjustment to adapt to different cap sizes is easily done with no tools.
• The installation of casters with vibration proof leveler makes it portable.
• The access door is detachable.
• After placing caps in the cap unscrambler, operators are not required for subsequent processes.
